What this website and our broking office collect, why, and the rights you hold under Indian law. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

Through this website: almost nothing. This site is a set of static information pages. It runs no advertising trackers and asks for no login. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and uptime.
The contact form on this site does not transmit anything to our servers. It prepares a message and opens WhatsApp on your own device; nothing leaves your phone until you press send in WhatsApp.
When you engage us as your broker — by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person — we collect what is genuinely needed to arrange insurance: name, contact details, dates of birth of persons to be insured, KYC documents, health declarations, vehicle details, employee data (for group covers) and claim documents.
Only with the insurance companies (and their TPAs) with whom your proposal or claim is being processed, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, and we do not share it with unrelated marketers.
Policy and claim records are retained for the periods required by IRDAI regulations and applicable law, and for as long as needed to service your policies and defend legal claims. Records no longer required are disposed of securely.
Client records are held on access-controlled systems used only by our team. This website is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will act as the DPDP Act requires.
We collect data about minors only as insured members of a family or group policy proposed by a parent or guardian, and only with that parent's or guardian's consent.
